EXPUNGEMENT
What is Expungement?
The state wants you to expunge all of your misdemeanor, and some felony convictions, so that you can get a good job and become part of mainstream materialist consumer culture. Any misdemeanor that is not for a sex crime or disobeying a traffic officer can be expunged. A felony can only be expunged if you did NOT go to state prison for the conviction. If you went to state prison for a felony the best we can do is a Certificate of Rehabilitation.
The important thing is to start cleaning up your criminal record today and so here is what you need to get started:
Your case number, penal codes you were convicted of, what your sentence was, (jail time, probation, fines, programs, restitution, etc., are all part of your sentence). If you do not know or have this information then you will need to go to the court clerk’s office for an OFFICIAL printout of your electronic docket. In Los Angeles County these printouts have a county seal stamped on the last page, along with the clerk’s signature. These records are private and confidential and you are the only one who can obtain them. In the alternative you can sign a release and I will have my attorney service go to court and obtain them for an additional fee.
If allowable, get YOUR Case Expunged NOW.
